She still helped us find a good mover and shared with us her list of available services when we were looking for a handyman. Frances did a super job for us during a difficult buying period. We had to buy in the Summer of 2006 at the height of the housing prices on the peninsula. All properties were in "auction" mode and sellers were twisting buyers at will. It was not fun. We evaluated many properties and found a narrow band of homes that met our criteria and were affordable, with a stretch. Frances was very patient and guided us well through the maze. The inventory was tight as always on the peninsula. We rejected many. Finally, make an offer on our current home which was and is perfect. But, not easy. We were in a bidding war that we were not comfortable with and were nervous about bidding above our high-end limits. The seller was not personable and difficult to deal with.
